This 92-year-old dictator has 209,000 lawsuits piled up against him, and this is still happening

Who is the brutal and most evil political leader in modern history? Most people would probably say Kim Jong-un, since news coverage of his absurd nuclear ambitions are most widely reported by mainstream media. But, other than Kim Jong-un, there’s a shameful Chinese leader who is utterly beneath contempt.

Born on Aug. 17, 1926, former Chinese leader Jiang Zemin, pictured below wearing thick, square-rimmed glasses over his small, sneaky eyes, is infamously known to have risen to power through bootlicking and crime.

Attributable to his “toad-like” appearance, clumsy manners, and penchant for donning high-waisted pants over his bulging belly, the 91-year-old Communist Party official has been given the nickname “toad”—otherwise known as “hama” (蛤蟆) in Chinese—by netizens.

The “toad-like” Jiang is a sly and ludicrous tyrant.

Jiang climbed the political ladder through endless scheming and plotting, as stated in The Epoch Times’ series “Anything for Power: The Real Story of Jiang Zemin.”

He is outrageously lavish and corrupt.

“He spent 900 million yuan (over US$110 million) to buy a luxurious plane for his use. Jiang often drew money from public funds, by the tens of billions, for his son to do business,” reads a section from the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, a comprehensive publication that effectively strips the Chinese regime naked for the world to see. Not surprisingly, this nine-part series is banned in contemporary China.

And he lives a lustful life, having many mistresses, including military singer Song Zuying.

After the inception of a new law—which allows citizens to lodge criminal complaints against a current or retired Party leader—by China’s Supreme People’s Court on May 1, 2015, an unprecedented wave of lawsuits against Jiang began to pour in from all parts of China, and from around the world.

As of July 15, 2016, over 209,000 Chinese citizens have filed lawsuits against Jiang for his atrocious crimes against humanity.

He has been sued for genocide, torture, and crimes against humanity in 30 countries, including the United States, Switzerland, Australia, Belgium, Spain, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Germany, and Canada.

This wave of lawsuits against the notorious former Party leader has became the largest international human rights lawsuit of the 21st century.

So, what heinous crimes did this senseless dictator commit?

During his tenure as the leader of the Chinese Communist Party from 1989 to 2002, Jiang did immeasurable damage to China, and stooped to the lowest of the lows by unleashing a brutal genocide to “eradicate” Falun Gong, an ancient meditation practice based on the values of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Tolerance, on July 20, 1999.

Initially, most high-level officials in the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), including in the politburo, refused to comply with the order to persecute Falun Gong, as they knew the spiritual practice was of great benefit to people’s health, and was uplifting society’s morality as a whole, according to state-run reports prior to 1999.

However, the foolish Jiang insisted, out of personal jealousy, fearing the 70 million–100 million Falun Gong practitioners—coming from all walks of life and from all stratums of society—would pose a threat to his Party’s authoritarian rule.

“Can it be that we Communist Party members, armed with Marxism, materialism, and atheism, cannot defeat the Falun Gong stuff?” Jiang wrote in a letter to top Party members, The Epoch Times reported.

As a result of his imprudent order, countless Falun Gong practitioners have been subject to inhumane treatment and torture in prisons, detention centers, and mental hospitals, after being sent to these places without a trial.

With the intention to eradicate Falun Gong, the wicked Jiang went completely over the top. He mobilized the military police, public security bureau, and special agents, and embezzled huge amounts of financial and human resources into his self-initiated terror campaign.

To turn public opinion against Falun Gong, he utilized the CCP’s propaganda machine to disseminate slanderous fabrications about the practice, inundating China with his shameful campaign, and misleading the world. At the time, overseas media, not knowing any better, republished the misinformation, adding fuel to the fire.

The most hideous of all propaganda was the “self-immolation” hoax, which was staged at Tiananmen Square on Jan. 23, 2001, and broadcasted endlessly on the TV, radio, and newspapers to frame Falun Gong. Ironically, the CCP goes all out to prevent any coverage of Tibetan Buddhist monks self-immolating, but when it came to the so-called self-immolation, which they intricately prepared with cameras set up from all angles, they ensured that the whole of China was to learn about it.

The hoax has been proven by NGO International Education and Development Agency at the United Nations in Geneva as a government-staged plot to deceive people.

Dictator Jiang even implicated the practitioners’ family members or work-unit supervisors, and issued a directive “to ruin [Falun Gong practitioners’] reputations, bankrupt [them] financially, and destroy [them] physically.” Moreover, “if a Falun Gong practitioner is beaten to death, it is counted as a suicide.”

Hence, CCP authorities can do whatever they want with Falun Gong practitioners. They direct medical students and doctors to forcibly harvest practitioners’ organs whilst they’re still alive, and sell their bodies to plastination companies for profit. It’s believed von Hagens’s corpse factory in Dalian is profiting from China’s organ-harvesting operation as well.

Ethan Gutmann, a renowned U.K.-based investigative writer and researcher, said an estimated 65,000 Falun Gong practitioners have been secretly killed for organ transplantation.

In fact, former Minister of Health for the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) General Logistics Department Bai Shuzhong revealed it was Jiang who ordered the organ harvesting in a September 2014 undercover investigative call conducted by U.S.-based NGO the World Organization for Investigating the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG).

“Back then it was Premier Jiang … there was an order, a sort of instruction, that said to carry out such things, organ transplantation … Because back then after Premier Jiang issued the order, we all did a lot of anti-Falun Gong work …,” Bai said in the telephone conversation.

To keep the persecution a secret from the rest of the world, Jiang enticed foreign governments and overseas media with political and economic incentives. Ever wondered why so many governments have remained quiet on this issue despite the alarming amount of credible evidence?

Despite the Jiang regime’s efforts to cover up their bloody genocide, however, no lie can live forever.

For more than 18 years, Falun Gong practitioners around the world have been tirelessly clarifying the truth and exposing the persecution to the world’s people.

“So many practitioners’ families have, due to the persecution, been broken up; some have been killed for their organs, so how can we remain indifferent?” said Zhu Keming, a Hong Kong millionaire.

Zhu was one of the first people to bravely file a criminal complaint against Jiang with China’s highest courts on Aug. 25, 2000.

Ultimately, good will triumph over evil.

Based on the flood of lawsuits against the tyrant coming in from China and abroad, it is only a question of when, not if, Jiang Zemin and his gang will be held accountable for their despicable crimes.

Now, the “toad” is undoubtedly in boiling stew! He must be crouching in fear awaiting his 92nd birthday.
