Cut half a cucumber into slices

Cut and peel 1 large grapefruit

Place the cucumber and grapefruit into a blender, then add in some mint leaves and squeeze in the juice of half a lime

Add in 1 cup of water, cover the blender and blend on medium speed until the mixture becomes smooth and well combined
